I was definitely not aware of what the actual "bad guy" was until the end of this game. I didn't put it together for a lot longer than I would have liked to admit. However, the visuals in this game were very pleasing, and the story was very creepy. I haven't played many visual novel type of games, but I'll definitely look at others from this creator.

This is an awesome concept!!! Creepy and uneasy! Very good game.
Hey, are you going to keep updating this? If so,  are you interested in future translations?

Omg this game was GREAT! I loved the story line how you make us really get into the story and all! I got like 4 endings I think! Hope you like my gameplay! You can check out my channel SilverChiara.

This game is cool

This game was scary. It mixes supernatural and real life horror. When a teenager is by themselves, it would be scary if someone came to the door.

I had a fun time playing this game. When it got to the chase scene I was Oh yes! Gameplay! I lover The concept.

Thank you so much for playing! I'm not very good with titles (as you have already noticed it haha), so I just used the first line of the story. I am open to suggestions, though. A tip for you and anyone else going through the same endings, if you hold ctrl, the game will skip the scenes you have already seen.  For anyone who still has not played the game, spoilers ahead. The ending with Betty changes if you learn the guy's name (you do tell it to the police haha), but it honestly had not crossed my mind to have the main character give a description of the guy to the police. That is a good idea! I might add that to a later build of the game, once the jam is over. Also, the "you're welcome " thing, its not that "you're welcome" is a bad thing to say, it's just that he needs to be invited in and he is interpreting it as "you're welcome in this home". Same thing would happen if the main character had a "welcome" doormat.

Thanks for playing and leaving a comment!

Good but too short. I love the art style. Also the twist in the story was very interesting. A turn I wasn't expecting. Well done. :)

Thanks for leaving a comment! I wanted to make the game longer, but there wasn't enough time. I'm glad you liked it!

this was a really well done game! I'm glad I played it, especially alone-- I totally wasnt scared ahah oh gosh

good job!! keep up the wonderful work!

Thanks for playing! I worked hard to make a good game, so it makes me happy to know you enjoyed it. Also thanks for finding the grammar mistake, english isn't my first language. I'll change that and update after the jam is over.  There are other endings you didn't get, but they're just different deaths. You got the most important ones!

Just uploaded this video i only went through two ending this game is actually chilling i love it

Thanks for playing! You're really fun! I loved your comments and reactions! If you want to get another ending, try not letting him in next time.

yea man i only got two endings and off camera i got the last ending it was a good game

Considering this was done for a game jam, I can honestly say I wouldn’t have known. I got all the endings (I think; though I cut out some of the decisions that led to the same end), and it takes some time to achieve. I didn’t expect that. There’s a lot here for appearing to be short.

Better yet is how rewarding it is to play for all the endings. Really, only one ending offers the player a glimpse into all of the game’s locations and characters. The story is well-written, the illustrations are attractive and the music is a good fit (content creators should be aware that a portion of the music may cause your video to get smacked with a Content ID claim).

Overall, if you dig a good, scary story where — even your own home isn’t safe — give this game a look. There’s plenty of scary moments, and lots of decisions that changes the course of your adventure. Very well done.

Thank you so much, not only for playing and recording it, but also for leaving  this comment! I worked really hard ,so it makes me happy to hear that you thought it was well polished. I liked your comments in the video and it was quite fun to watch you try to figure out what choice would make things different! There was just one ending you didn't get (when you let the second timer run out), but you were right about the true ending. Once again, thank you!

I dont even really enjoy visual novels but this was fun. Story was nice and short but still had atmosphere. Good Job! I got 3 endings.

Thank you so much for playing and leaving a comment! I love the way you read it! You made it sound even spookier than I had imagined . I'm glad you enjoyed even though you're not a fan of visual novels!
